it's been a while since i had mine replaced, but I think it was under $400.

if nobody comes around with a suggestion, call a large reputable company or even ask your insurance for a recommendation.

I'm interested, too because mine is pretty well pitted with all the miles I've got on her now

Don't feel bad, Ross. We don't own a vehicle that hasn't had the glass replaced. Even Janet's new truck needs replacing. It got chunked Sunday morning of Fall Colors when I had to go into work that morning.

Ask your insurance company where to go.

West Virginia isn't immune either... I had to have the Jeep's windshield done a little while ago. I went with Safelite... I know they are not the cheapest around but they use quality glass and will do it at your home or work.

I use Safelite as well (through Nationwide as their recommendation). Always been satisfied . And unfortunately, with over 170K miles on The Bruised Banana now, I've had...ohhh......I guess 5, maybe 6, Safelite visits since 2001? Yeah, probably 6

they came right to the dealership and once I got it replaced I rrallly noticed the glass strength because I got blasted in the shield a few times and it never cracked

I just got my recently replaced trought Union Auto Glass. I paid 250 for everything. The windshield is a PPG OEM replacement. I had it for for a few week now and no complaint.
