Default WTB: A clue ;)

<rant>

WTF is up with all of the WTB threads lately? Does everyone realize a forum exists specifically for WTB threads? You're bound to get more responses from 20,000 members looking at a nationwide forum than 50 in a local.

I would delete or move this, but I think it contains valuable information...

why not just create a wtb sub-forum for mid-a and or make a compiled mid-a wtb/fs sticky thread at the top of the forum...just an idea not tryin to be an ass or anything

It doesnt, just a click over into the FS forums. The majority of the board is active in looking at the FS and WTB threads. Especially if they are in the market to buy or sell. Im not trying to be condescending either, you should be able to find any item in that forum, if locals have things to sell, and they are of appropriate badging and membership status. You will see their threads in here.

Although a valid suggestion, the Moderators frown upon new forums that are just redundant to those that are already present.

well then its kinda useless to rant about something that cant change...I'm not defending the mass influx of wtb threads as i've posted maybe 2 or 3 in 2 months and they've actually been somewhat useful to me finding what im looking for... I just don't see why you would take the time to openly complain if we cant work towards a solution...y frown upon a stickied fs/wtb thread, its providing a service to members of a specific region who obviously have an issue w/ people posting wtb threads...you would be amazed how the wtb forum is useless for some people and your post drops down the list like brady quinn in the draft

sparrow, let it go. Sometimes people just need to get things off their chests. Nothing is going to change.

When you have a few S2Ki years under your belt, you'll probably understand where MacGyver is coming from.

They introduced the icon for a reason. We dont need a solution, we already have WTB and FS threads
