Default WTB: Comptech Aftercooler

i'm tired of the hit or miss nature of FMIC setups. the second one i was going to buy turns out to actually have had issues

i'd like to buy a comptech aftercooler if you have one.

Why do you need a 600 series? That is massive for your current set up. Or are you just looking for something to fill your front bumper mouth?

We have 2 or 3 used ones at the shop from customers upgrading to 800hp intercoolers. All fairly good condition, PM for pricing if you're intrested.

the piping kit i'm buying was made to line up with a precision 600. the guy was running 5psi on a ctsc and had no boost loss and made nice gains from it. his sn is General Kratos--he made a few threads about his setup.

I thought Steven already made the piping for your FMIC?

we couldn't figure out why i was losing so much boost, especially since we took a more efficient route than the UR kit does, and it was the right size. and it wasn't even coming out cool from the Ultimate Racing intercooler we used. so i sold it to someone who wanted to try to get it to work.

Hm, I would have kept it and found the leak. I liked what you mofos did.
I stand by the 600 being too big! It'll look good though with the bumper you have.

we only found one leak--where the BOV flange met the BOV. we fixed that easily, but it was still losing 4lbs of boost! i have to get the Precision 600 cause the piping kit i'm getting is only going to line up with a Precision 600.
