Well I guess my lower control arm won't be much use for you. But if you (or anyone else) wants it, it's still free for the taking.

It dosnt come out....Honda's are infamous for this problem....if you want to put the springs on though remove the top mount for the strut and use a portable compressor and compress the spring with the strut still on the arm....I had the same problem thats how I worked around it till I go coilovers...
