I bought the shocks with lowering springs on them from a member here about a year ago. I never used the shocks, just the springs. He claimed around 45k on the shocks. Also stated the springs had only been on them for approx 5-6k miles. I would say that was probably accurate based on the condition of the springs when i seperated them from the shocks

The stock springs were on my car and removed with 88k on the odo
