www.GasBuddy.com is my new favorite activity. You can do useful things like compare gas prices near work versus home to decide where to fill up, or you can pick random parts of the country (or different zip codes) and bet with friends what you think gas prices are there.

 

Wow cool, how accurate is it?

 

No clue, but I'm about to leave Towson to get gas off Eastern Avenue on my way home - 10 cents/gallon cheaper (on regular anyway - assuming it will be about the same for premium). That's going to save me about one whole dollar - that means one more pint of Yuengling at happy hour!

 

BTW, it was right on - to the penny.
