the offset is usually stamped on the inside of the rim, along with the size.

where are you located? How old are the tires? (date of manufacture)

I see pics of the outside of the spokes, none of the inside. Its stamped somewhere around the bore or on the spokes.

Nice deal. If I didn't already have a collection of wheels and tires I would jump on these.

If they were skips I would guess they are +63 all around, these are also very light at about 15lbs.
