I will be in Bahrain from Thursday to Monday for the F1GP - all work related unfortunately, but I am sure it will have its highlights

I for one will probably not be in for the championship this year and will come and do as many individual races as possible - will still have a time to compare with you guys, but no points

My erratic schedule means that I won't be able to commit to a championship, but at the same time, paying over 2k for 6 races or less (since I am already missing the first one) does not makes sense. Better to save the money for a fun track day or two!

 

Where and when this time?

 

I imagine we should have an email to confirm this - but assuming it is still in Ajman 'Aqua Fantasia Park' lot or something next to Ajman City Centre.

Will try and dig up the itinerary for you.

Does anyone know where this is yet? I wanna at least show up and watch.

How bad are AutoX crashes? I thought that the only thing to hit would be some cones which might scuff bodywork or make small dents at the worst...? Or are there just some incredibly stupid people around or something?

 

First round of Auto X is on the 10th of March at Ajman Fantasia, right after Ajman City Centre on the right side side of the rate (same side of City Centre).



11:00 Scrutineering starts
12:00 Track set up & open for walking (no motorbikes, bicycles or any other motorised/non-motorised means of transport is allowed)

12:30 Last car to show up, registration ends (if you miss this, too bad

It was fun seeing all those cars and meeting all you ppl. I've gotta sort out some serious sun protection next time though cuz I am currently v.e.r.y toasted, can hardly see straight!!!!
