Hey everyone.... Today goes down in history as one of the worst days of my life.... So i am at work for about HOUR this morning when I get paged over the intercom, goes a little something like this, (1033am)"Will the owner of a black car license plate number ###### please come to the parking lot? Your is blocking traffic and there is some damage." My first thought was "great who backed into my S?" WRONG. I run outside(1035am) to see a woman with her baby in a stroller and the 2000 under the bumper of a Suburban. That's right my car ROLLED out of its spot after an hour and into the back of the Sub. "Not that bad" you say. Here comes the best part.

Absolutely freaked out and worried that the woman had almost been pinned with her baby between the two vehicles I jump in start up and begin to back up(1038am). Forgot one small thing...SHUT THE DOOR A**HOLE!!!! I proceed to pummel my door into the side of an '06 Honda Odyssey next to me. My door is pulled forward and the quarter panel on the van is completely caved in. The baby and woman still watching.

So insurance covers all of the van stuff and suburban(unhurt) But guess who has to pay TWO deductibles? This guy. How much is EACH deductible? $1000. Total:$2000

Know any good body shops in Wichita????

 

Do you not put the car in first gear when you park along with the parking brake?

 

not today... I was in a hurry like an idiot. Oh well, just a bad day.

 

That really sucks. Hope you can get it fixed up proper.
