I wasn't beaten as one place reports, but this was me last night. I was a victim of an attempted armed robbery right here in good old Johnson County right in front of my house...
If I feel like it I'll type out the whole thing, but for now...

I stood my ground and the guy took off when I entered my home... Probably best for him as I went in and got Molly my BB gun by Mossberg

First, glad to hear that you are ok. Regardless of the details I'm glad to hear that you were unhurt (but probably shaken up!)

Second, does KS have Conceal and Carry?

Third, if it does, what are you waiting for?!

Holy . Glad to hear your OK and unhurt. You were luck as any encounter with a gun could have gotten much worse.

WOW!
Glad you're okay. I would have peed my pants, since there's no mossberg to grab inside the front door. Watch your back, dude. Were you driving your S? Maybe that, and the fact you were coming out of the bank made you a target

Wow James....

that is some scary stuff. Goes to show you that you can never know what sort of a$$hole is going to screw with you.

Really happy to hear you are safe. Stories like this make you wonder why conceiled weapons are not more readily available nationwide.

Look if it is legal to bear arms... lets make it legal for the ones wearing the white hats to defend themselves.

Watch you back James.

Dammit, James! Yes I'm glad you're ok, too but this should have been your first clue! Should have kept on driving.

I agree with you here, but on the other hand, just because it's acceptable for me to call myself someshing doesn't mean it's ok for you to call me that, too.

I think he was more thrown off by me not giving in to anything, the fact that I didn't ever back down, cry, get upset, scared, etc... Before I turned to run, he was already backing down.
Way to be!

This isn't an attack on you sweetie, just expressing how I feel.
It's all good. No offense taken.
