I have had it with Nebraska Furniture Mart delivering me half of my shit and then coming back with the wrong stuff and then bringing stuff I don't want...so I am returning tomorrow absolutely EVERYTHING I bought from them...which means my basement will be barebones tomorrow after 2pm when they are coming to get all of their stuff.

I need a truck and 2 extra hands to go and pick up a couch/loveseat/table/end tables/lamps sometime this weekend (from anywhere BUT Nebraska Furniture fart).

Any volunteers? I can buy lunch/dinner...thanks!!

I absolutely refuse to buy anything from them. Check some of the boards like yahoo shopping and u will see how there service is horrible. Also there pricing sucks. If u like there products, get the model, make , etc. and goggle it for significant savings. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 0. They need to go back to Nebraska!

 

See Marcus I'm not the only one who returns things! I returned our leather couch 3 times because they kept damaging it, then they forgot the 5th part in a 5 part sectional couch and told me that they forgot to charge me for it. I swore I would never buy from them again!

But then Phuc helped me out buying a new big screen there the other week and got me a good deal. I just wouldn't ever trust them to deliver anything ever again!

 

I heard you bought a tv from Phuc. Well, if anyone needs anything in the electronics side of things, look Phuc or me up. We'll get you taken care of. Furniture is a whole different story.

Plus, I've worked there since open almost 5 years ago now and the only thing I had delivered was one couch and a fridge. Couldn't mess that up so all went well. I hear horror stories all the time though so I can't blame people. The ONLY thing I can say in NFM's defense is that we subcontract out our deliveries to Ford Bros and they're a bunch of monkeys but half as smart.

 

Yup, I won't go into details but i will NEVER buy anything again, even if the price was insanly good. They sent a gift certificate for $ 100...I mailed it back to them - that is how serious I am about NEVER buying from them again.

I now have furniture down in the basement, and it is obviously not from them...

 

sorry to hear about it man. If I would've known about it before hand, I could've pulled some strings to get it taken care of.
