Default Need help getting stuff from West Virgina

Hey all

I know this is not S2000 related. But I just got off the phone and a women in West Virgina she lost her husband and has lots of handicap stuff. She is sending me some stuff to try out now at no charge. But she has two wheel chairs, one is a power chair that sounds perfect for me. And a standing chair that is big too. Plus some other things. All of this is going to cost me $2000.00 but worth lots and lots more. She is doing me a huge favor. I just need to pick it all up.

The stuff needs a pickup truck to get it all. Its is Lewisburg, West Virgina. I can't go that far so I am hoping someone here can help. The things she has are worth lots more, and I can use all of it, so I don't want to pass this up. I guess from Milwaukee its a 12 hour drive, not sure if that is right or not.
If I had my truck I would offer it up, but I did sell that so I can't.

Let me know what you think, I can come up with the money and gas money, but I can't go myself and I no longer have a truck.

Any ideas or help would be great. Shipping it is not what I want to have done.

Thanks
Keith

For anyone else looking at the calender, what dates are you looking at? ASAP or do you have a few weeks?

If someone is willing to drive with me, I'll take a weekend to do it. Just let me know and I'll fly straight out to WV from Seattle.

Anyone willing to do the drive....I'm thinking that it can be done in a straight drive with few stops along the way?

Thanks
I do not have to have this asap. A few weeks is fine, that way I can get the cash too.
I wish I could go with but I can not sit that long in a car.

Let me know what weekend we want to do this?

June is going to be bad for me since my ex is going to be out of town for a couple days though out the month and I have to watch my daughter those days for sure. Also the first weekend is my daughter's b-day. The second weekend I'm committed to attend a family wedding.

But if we can pick the stuff up the last weekend in June, I'm there for sure!

I don't have a truck, but I can probably take a weekend off and help out with the driving.

I will be in Pittsburgh the weekend of June 6-8. Its possible to rent a car and drive to Lewisburg to pick up the stuff. If you want I can price out the rental (we usually get an upgrade to an SUV if needed).
