robert, help me out
when i am doing the lat pull down, the last few weeks I notice that since I am moving the weight up, i was pulling myself up off the bench on the last set of reps. Now I come off the bench the 2nd rep and the 3rd rep all i am doing is pulling my own weight the entire rep..any way to fix that?
seems like a simple question but i'm not wild about the idea of tying myself down to the bench. As of now I guess the most i can pull down will be my own weight??

hmmmm I have waist belt..maybe I could use that
