It's a nice glossary of terms but doesn't really touch on what options really are but for that would require a 1000 page book.

I saw an ad for Currency Trading for Dummies.

Probably written by a forex trader. That's like two home runs: you get money when the dummies buy your book and you get money when they foolishly get into the market to trade.

For every winner there's a loser. How do the winners stay winners? Create a whole new generation of losers.

No, I'm just a hobbyist. I have no formal training in finance or commerce (or anything for that matter) but I know how to read and I'm not afraid to fail. That takes you a long way.
