Nice I'm actually looking at a place that is similar to yours, it's the stucco style but a lighter color. I have absolutely no use for anything bigger than 2500 sq ft, I just need a roomy garage.

I know what you mean... at first I was looking at 2 story houses with .50 acre yards, blah blah blah... and I'm like wait a second...

1) My girlfriend left me so why do I need a huge place
2) Its my first house, so why go over board if I'm going to sell it in about 5-6 years
3) After my payments with this house I'm glad i didn't go with a 150k house
