I wanted to start this topic to see if anyone would need help saving there house or knowing more information about foreclosure. I currently work for a mortgage servicer and know basically anything that you will need help with. I bet you heard I'll help you pay me this much and youll get a modification. I work for a bank and know the ins and outs. I don't want to charge money but willing to barter. People charge upward of 1-3k for a modification and do not do anything.
