Default Sunoco

Curious if anyone knows why Sunoco's stock performance is lagging the other oil companies so badly?

Poor management. XOM has a very, very capable management team in place and would be a good buy for the long haul.

I do have XOM, as well as COP and CVX. I was just curious if there was something especially wrong with SUN since it is a real under-performer.

They're just not as competitive as the others.

SUN appears to be undervalued and set to break out. They are performing very well, crushing estimates for the past quarter but I think they are going unnoticed. The oil patch is in limbo right now and I think that may be playing into it. More research is needed but it looks like a stock to watch for a breakout later in 07. I'm adding it to my watchlist.
