Paul you've got to tell the large man story! shaggy it may be, we need to hear.
MQ - don't think about it, or if you want to get yourself to a good planetarium with tour of the universe over head projection.
as for what has struck me - exhaustion

It starts about eight weeks ago. We have a new guy at out Taekwon-Do club, who is a bit on the big side (6'4" and 17 stones), and during a grappling bout (we try to practice MMA style fighting every once in a while), I managed to throw him. Standing where I finished the move, I was mentally patting myself on the back for a job well done (especially given that I'm most definitely not 6'4" and 17 stones), when he landed shin-to-shin on my right leg. The upshot of this was a whole load of torn ankle ligaments (my foot stayed flat on the floor as my calf muscle joined it ) and five weeks out of training.
Fast forward six weeks, and I'm tentatively back in training, and have to fight him again. No problems I thought, I'll just get out of the way this time, so I make my move, grab his leg, and ... TIMBER. This time it goes even worse for me, as my head hits the floor at speed (no mats for us hard core chaps), helped by his hip.
I spent the next day or so feeling really groggy, and I'm still finding things in daft places at work that I don't recall moving. And that's when the acorn hit me...
