Today we got in one of the first Golf R's stateside. This one is a 2 door , 6 spd. Black. Has the premium Navigation and Sunroof option. MSRP of $36,300. Here is how VW ships us the car. All covered and wrapped up to ensure it doesn't get damaged. The car just came in, hasnt even been dealer rpepped yet! Wow, glad to see they un-screwed up the R. I had the '08 R32 before buy my S and I loved almost everything about it except the DSG. So boring to drive except in traffic. Good luck with sale, I am sure someone is going to be very happy w/ this!
