The cat delete doesnt throw a check engine light does it?

 

If it does throw a cell, you probably could get a CEL fix..that is, use of a resistor that will trick the ECU into thinking all is well in exhaust land...that is what I did with my WRX when I went catless..not sure how it is with the S though.

havent you guys seen the mechanical 02 sim?
thought that was old news. search it on this site. ive always used that trick. no CEL ever. do you think I would drive with a CEL on. cmon now. and vegas, hit me up on the valve deal. im still around. dave

 

The unfortunate thing for us is Honda changed the 02 sensor in the 06+ to a more sensitive one than the previous cars. It's been hit or miss some people running the mechanical 02 fix in their 06+ have still gotten a CEL.

Ive heard similar things for other cars....I don't think I want to run the risk

 

I know Rudy has a TP on his 06+ and it's tripped a cel. I'm thinking about buying Dave's and being a test mule for the Blox CEL fix. Same concept as the mechanical fix. Boofster has a TP and the Blox fix and has 33k on his car with no light yet.
