Hi guys,

I'm from socal and had to leave my car here for repairs after getting into an accident over thanksgiving.

Honda West has been handling the repairs and long story short, after over 6 weeks of having the car to do repairs which they will perform in less than half a day, they tell me they're missing the front suspension subframe.

The problem is I took off three days of work to drive out and pick up the car, it was originally promised last week and I've stuck around until today and they call me today to say tomorrow at the earliest.

I need to make a complaint with Honda's area rep and was wondering if anyone here has experience with that individual.

Yeah already but in a complaint with America Honda and they'll have a case rep call me back within 48 hours. Not sure what they can do, but I think the dealership should at least try to make some amends. Given that they promised a call back from the manager today, and it's after 5:20pm now, I'm guessing they just don't give a rat's ass.

On a brighter note...I may get so pissed off that I say, Hey Ryan, still got those seats, cuz I got black ones just sitting at Honda West!
