im looking for a new soft top replacement.
my00 came with an oem ap2 glass top but apparently they didn't install it right and the rivets eventually wore down certain spots and ripped through. by my understanding, a strap retro kit is necessary to install a glass top on my00. anyone know how much this replacement runs around and where the best place to take it to is?

Either myself or Dave or both of us can tackle the job. I have done a bunch of them in the past.
You can go with the robbins top which comes with everything you need for the replacement or oem top. Sounds like whoever did it before used the robbins top.
