well I have been working at my company for 10 years. So I got seniority even though I am still the youngiest person here. Other people have had their hours cut. Sometimes I worry about being laid off but as long as I produce and still have clients I am in the good. Just a quick glance at our situation you see something wrong but if you look at the big picture I worked hard to get where I am at degree or no degree.

Don't get me wrong. Here in US Experience is the key. Degree mean no so much compare to Asia. Many company in Thailand they see you GPA first before experience.
