I want a daily driver (1k miles per month). And as far as modding, just lowering it and putting rims on it.

Faster or slower than a stock S?

How much do you want to spend? A civic and an m3 both make good daily drivers but they are in opposite ends of the price spectrum.

How many seats do you need?

I HATE the look of the Elises! I would buy a new S before I went Elise. Thanks for the thought though. I just thought of them as well when I was looking in Car Talk.

Used Porsche?

There's no new car, other than maybe an Elise, that I'd consider spending $40-45 large for today.

I dont know. I suppose I will have to figure it out on my own. I am really thinking that an M3 will end up the next car. I just dont like too many other cars for around $40k.
