Hello guys,

I just had a problem today with my 01 s2k, check engine light came on and it idles at 1500+/- rpm constantly and i have try to reset the ecu but it didn't work so would this happen be map sensor failure and i do have the warranty from shack findlay honda and would they void my warranty if i have my AEM cold air and invidia exhaust on the car or should i put all the stock parts back and bring it to them.

The exhaust is probable fine, but I'd certainly get the AEM intake out of there before bringing it in. It might even be a vacuum leak from the AEM install that's causing the problem in the 1st place.

Don't just reset the ecu. Find out what the codes are.
No one here can confirm nor deny the map sensor problem. Might wanna ask Miss. Cleo on that one.

guys, i just got my s2k back today and the problem is the
IAC and its fixed at no cost and also there was a recall for the 2001 sparkplugs and if you guys got an 01 bring it back to the dealership or shackfindaly can take care of it.
