Default 2 Silver's up Rt. 8 Sat.--you? (& Laser Jammer info)

OK, so I'm returning to Milford from Danbury down Rt. 8 when I spot a silver S (w/top up--horrors) headed Northbound just below Waterbury...

Then, nearing Ansonia (and 3:00), another one! (Top properly positioned this time...)

Deja vu!

I stuck a "V" out, but didn't see a response...how hard is it to miss my Yellow!?!!

Hehe..

Wasn't me! Though I am interested in knowing how your lazer jammer is doing? Does it really work? If so how do ya know? Some day I might think about doing one.

Dang, you were one of my first guesses!

The laser jammer is one of the best investments I've ever made...owned it for over 1.5 years and haven't been targetted by a laser wielding cop in all that time in the S!!

Based on my limited study, everyone should buy one.

Heh...

But seriously, it'll go off if you strobe it. In fact, emergency vehicle strobes set it off.

To test it however, you can set of a camera's flash at it--which did cause a laser detector to respond to it's laser (in a different car at the end of the driveway).

In other words, it's laser does set off other car's laser detectors.

But I haven't had a cop pull me over going, "why couldn't I read your speed?" yet!

Which, all things considered, is fine w/me.

Randy

PS: The Bell has saved me flawlessly on multiple occassions--great product.

Oh yeah, it freaked me out one day when it started talking--it's got the Safety Warning System crap that nobody uses, except for the Coast Guard!

I was coming out of Stratford (The Dock), back into Milford over the Housatonic's bridge when it started saying, "Drawbridge is open".

First time that's ever happened, and, no it wasn't...
