is there such a thing as seller's remorse

Met Dave & Bernice today - very nice guys... very long day in the car running around to the office, bank, from the airport etc etc.....

so i lead the convoy and i look and see two other people driving my white S

BUT i know she's in good hands because the very first thing Dave did when he got into his new car was to mod it (he added a different rear view mirror )

Oh.....Steve Look at this as a temporary move. The day will come and you can use the equity for home improvement and another S.

Meanwhile, holding you....nah, a dinner on me to ease the pain....interested?

I can't imagine the feeling. Although, I'm glad to hear that Dave started were you left off. Modding!

Now get your house and a new job so you can get the new 06, oops I forgot that they will not be making them in 06.

Steve,

I'm sending you a condolence hug. Rick sends a handshake

I'm sure you feel like drowning your sorrows in some and that's OK

You'll forget all about seller's remorse once you are in mortgage hell.

You know it's the right move for now, but I'll for you too.
