One of the biggest challenges with seats in the S is the max wing width, the part your shoulders sit on. If you are keeping your interior door panels and the center console your seat choices will be limited due to the narrow width of the S.
Good luck, I know I have invested hours upon hours upon hours looking into aftermarket seats. Not only do I want real race buckets so I can add a harness, but I just hate the OEM leather seats.

I got the Spoon Carbon Kevlar bucket with the Mugen seat rails and it fits perfect. I'm a size 33 waist and holds me perfectly. You could prob fit in it up to 35 inch waist.
