Good evening ,

If not already sold I have cash in hand and will pick it up in Braintree.

Thanks,

John Hanley

I still have it, let me know when you want to get it.

Andrew

Good afternoon ,

I would prefer to come and get it either this weekend or next. Are you available this Saturday. Weekdays would be tough since I never know when I am able to leave work and you are ~ 1 1/2 hours away from me. I am hoping to take
09/17-09/19 off work and could come anytime during those 3 days if a weekend is a problem.

Thanks,

John Hanley

Im available sat before 4pm and sunday before 12pm and after 7pm. I can be reach at xxx xxx xxxx.

Andrew

Good morning ,

Is 10:30 tomorrow morning O.K. I just need your address. If there are any problems I will give you a call.

Thanks,

John Hanley

Sorry the hood was sold yesterday..

John Hanley

First come - first served. Did you leave a deposit?

Please read his for sale threads and PM's. It was only after he indicated it was sold to someone else that he indicated first come - first served!

A verbal agreement doesn't mean a sale in my book. I've been in retail long enough to know that many people flake at the last minute for sooo many reasons. Had one today actually. You have to go with the bird in the hand. You'd hate to loose the sale of your item just because someone else changed their mind at the last minute. A transaction takes trust from both sides - with the speed of paypal and other forms of payment, it wouldn't be out of question to leave a little "goodwill" money to ensure the purchase is going to be made - even if it was $20.

It will only if there is indeed over the top censorship in this forum.
