If you went a bit further and suggested a meet at the new revamped strip club... it might have worked.

I get to change the front brake pads and bleed the lines on my wife's Saturn. I also get to go to her family's annual St. Patrick's Day party. However, despite the fact that I seriously dislike the Saturn, I'm looking forward to car maintenance more than the party. Multi-generational in-law family parties just don't seem to be as fun as they should be, especially when held at the matriarchal 90 year old grandmother's tiny house in Bridgeport that only has one bathroom. At least in my family, I have so many cousins my own age that it's a pretty good time.

And then I have to do taxes on Sunday.

I'm home early today for the first time in months. Feels great. My son is still trying to buy a dog.

Productive weekend so far. Actually spent some time with some cleaning products, before the dust bunnies took over the joint.

Grandkids tomorrow, then a bit of shopping to do in the afternoon. Life is exciting here on the Southcoast!
