First 1, then "the big sitdown lunch," then 2. We do this every couple of years "to clear out the bad blood." I can only stay for a couple of hours, so I won't even get through 1.

IMHO, the best way to watch the first two is to get 2 DVD players, put GF1 in one and GF2 in the other and then run the scenes in chronological order. You start with GF 2 and show all the scenes from the early days of Vito Corleone. Then you show the very last scene from 2 which is a flash-back to the night Michael told the family he was going in to the army. Then you switch to GF 1 and show the entire DVD and then you show the rest of GF2 which is all the scenes of Michael as the head of the family. Also, you can put back several edited scenes that were very good.

GF3 goes into the trash.
A&E has done some Godfather marathons where they use 1 & 2 both and go in chronological order. They even have additional scenes cut in. Not sure if its available to buy that way but would be a nice DVD addition is it is.

Gee Ellen you forgot she must like stuffing also...
I had a moment of weakness 2 days ago and MADE stuffing - yes made it - from scratch Did not use the microwave at all

I forced myself to separate it into 2 servings (Major willpower.) I am now over my stuffing craving though... Sometimes you just gotta give in to what you want and move on
