New construction and mods to the main house ot accomodate. We tore down the old addition that could have been slapped together by my sister it was so bad. Stupid thing had concrete floors on the porch ABOVE the old garage! Contractor couldn't believe it didn't fall down on its own .

But thanks for the compliments. It is an experience that's for sure. Don't think I'll ever take one of these things on again...
