This is all TMI.
Since I had a c-section, I wouldn't know what was squeezed out...ewwww!
As far as having an infant boy.....BTDT.....just make sure you always cover the fountain as soon as the diaper is removed.
And don't think the butt wiping stops when they get potty trained......I heard:
MOMMY!!!!!! I'm DOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEE
for a few more years.....
Heeheeheee Jeff you don't even know
Muuuuhhhhahahaaaaaa...
Catch up on sleep now. A little hint. Try to put a little baby cereal in the bottle of formula before going to bed. Also I would try to put them to sleep as late as you can. Mostly they sleep anywhere from 4-6hours straight. So if you put them in at 10-11ish you would at least get some sleep till 5-6am. The first three months they basically just poop and sleep. Try to get the schedule where they have 6 hours of awake time and 6 hours of sleep time that matches your sleep schedule. I was lucky that mine slept most of the night especially with a tummy full. Must take it after good ole dad.
But if you get a colic baby then forget about it. Some say you can change that with different eating habbits or formulas. Did you decide on formula or breat feeding? There are a lot of pluses and minuses. Big minus for me was when I heard they don't sleep so well with breat feeding. I guess it does fill them up enough.
About the pooping and peeing, I am still getting over that. Trying to get mine potty trained hasn't been as easy as thought. I second Jeff's idea with having a diaper ready. I used to do that. Also there are some cone shapped cups you put on there as well.

Jeez, this whole mom's possibly pooping on the delivery table, now that's news to me...why don't they include this unusual aspect in the "Miracle of Birth"?
their hips are just off of the table, so they miss. hence the catch bucket comment.
