There was a lot of talk about liability for group leaders/community organizers on group drives. They are covering their A$$ for group drives, making sure everyone is valid. Nothing like organizing/ leading a group drive to find out the person who got in an accident is not licensed or insured.

I've said my peace on this issue in the past. Everyone knows my view. I posted it in the CO forum in great detail before I stepped down. I think these guys are just following the advice.
