Best Cycle in Nashua
I was in the market for a 4wheeler last month.
So I called around and found the best price I could. Gave them a deposit over the phone and made plans to pick the machine up the following weekend.
After having a discussion with my wife we decided to wait until spring to pick up a new bike. I called my salesman said "hey we are going to wait till spring, can you refund my deposit please and I will just get back to you in the spring?" Sure he says.
Fast fwd 2 weeks. No refund. I just called "all deposits are non-refundable"
SO a word to the wise. Best Cycles in Nashua has a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT policy.
I know its only 100$... but still I guess they wont get my biz in the spring. Too bad too cause we were going to wait and pick up 2 bikes.

Report them to FTC there are alot of cases of dealers not rerfunding deposit or down payments to people and the dealers are losing in most cases the companies are paying large fines and are settling out of court.
facts if the bike is already on the floor thay can not clam a restock or order fee.
if you didnt sign a deposit form stating that they have a non refund and even if you did The FTC mandates a refund of the amount or store credit.

Reeves , any reason you reported your own post to me ?
Meant to hit quote?
How long after you gave them the deposit did you change your mind?
Don't most deals have a three day "change your mind" period? After that I think you could forfeit a deposit.

So yeah... Don't deal with Best Cycles in Nashua.
Try to get your money back. Fight it, they don't deserve the 100 dollars. And they should be upfront about the non-refundable deposit.
