Default Best software for Ripping

I am going to rip my entire CD collection.

I am looking to see what is the best ripper out there right now. I would like something that has a good engine to search the CDDA and make good tags. Auto downloading of album art for each track would be a BIG bonus. a good, easy to use interface is a must.

I don;t mind paying for the software if I have to, but finding it on limewire or a bit torrent would be cool too!

TIA

I still like CDex. Been using it for years. Simple and lightweight. And free.
