An entire pumpkin swap can definitly be done in only a couple hours if that!!! It's just bolts!

I'll swap it for a stock one for nothing. Yellow box included. My token of love for s2000 owners. Even give you the stock parts that came out of my car in case you ever decide to revert.

I'd have sold it to the dealer for nothing anyways...so...

Provided the diff you swap with works fine of course

Thanks for the congrats everyone. Exciting for me.

The RAV4 is nothing like the s2000, but the joy of expecting more than makes up for the loss of the car.

mmmm ok my rear diff is fine with 24K miles on it.. I'd love to do this... Thanks D2D !!

ok know my next question cause i don't really know.. what's the benifit as a see a lot of folks going to 4.4 or 4.7 but again i have no idea - Guys I can leave work anytime to do this....

cool I can take tomorrow off (or tomorrow night or when ever)

looks at the helms and all that's needed for special tools is a ball joint remover to swap the diffs-
