Ty, best of luck with the move!

I agree with posts above. DO NOT buy a truck. It's getting increasingly difficult to unload them with each passing day.

Please, listen to us types. We know what we're talking about!

I have unloaded everything I possibly could at this point. I still have alot of stuff. id like to be able to take it all down in the S but thats not gonna happen. Im also going to be in construction so in the mean time it may be a good idea for me to have a truck and keep miles off the S. I dont think I can ship it for less then $350.

Have you checked. Ty, you know we love your silly a$$ around here, but you have a tendency to go off on tangents. Do the research on prices. Unless you're gonna use a flatbed trailer, DO NOT TOW THE S.

When are you planning to leave?

Ty, good luck in SC. I hope the old tires hold up for you. If you need the truck for the construction business, then that makes sense. I would still look for a six cylinder model. If you are towing the S with a U-Haul dolly, then all you need is about 3,000# towing capacity. No need for a V-8 at all.

Formally for the record, I cannot recommend this sort of activity.
It will ( not may) result in loss of consciousness and severe burns.

don't ask me how I know, but I am an authority.
