How about drinking some H2O?

Are you sure you're not dehydrated?

Caffeine is a diuretic, meaning: A diuretic is any drug that elevates the rate of urination.

Jeff,
caffeine withdrawal usually hits within 24 hours, at least for me anyway.
Usually ends by the third or fourth day.

I am going to the Dr. per Steph's orders this afternoon.

I have tried drinking coffee and soda to take the edge off, but it doesn't work. I drank two medium iced coffees in an hour yesterday. No good.

Over the last few days, I have tried taking varying amounts of Aleve, Tylenol and finally Advil. No good.

I have drank tons of water to the point that I had "water poopies" as my son would call it. Still no good.

I refuse to take another one of those pills as that defeats the purpose. It will just delay the inevitable when I decide to quit them again, or run out.

I really believe it is withdrawals, but it's getting old fast!

Jeff, good luck! Maybe I'll see you in the testing chamber this afternoon.
