Are you nauseated? Bill is right, nasty headaches can last a couple of days, and you feel like crap too. I've had a couple over the years that made me

It could be a migraine, they have some new medication for that, or it could be the caffeine withdrawal....what did you take those diet pills for....

Oh, maybe it's some odd disease you get from drinking SWILL BEER!!!!!

Yup, I thought of the swill being the cause too. It has subsided a bit right now. I am tanking up on another iced coffee and a flatbread sandwich to make sure being hungry isn't the issue either.

Let's hope the end is near.

Hope not! That sounds dire.

I find dry food, like pretzels helps too. Ease slowly off the caffeine after this.

My bet would be those diet pills. Probably MAJOR amounts of caffeine in those! Throw them away.

I will. They have like 20 cups of coffee in each pill, amongst other stuff that I am sure is no good either.

Google says: The researchers identified five clusters of common withdrawal symptoms: headache; fatigue or drowsiness; dysphoric mood including depression and irritability; difficulty concentrating; and flu-like symptoms of nausea, vomiting and muscle pain or stiffness. In experimental studies, 50 percent of people experienced headache and 13 percent had clinically significant distress or functional impairment -- for example, severe headache and other symptoms incompatible with working. Typically, onset of symptoms occurred 12 to 24 hours after stopping caffeine, with peak intensity between one and two days, and for a duration of two to nine days. In general, the incidence or severity of symptoms increased with increases in daily dose, but abstinence from doses as low as 100 milligrams per day, or about one small cup of coffee, also produced symptoms.

[QUOTE=NH_s2k_Guy,Aug 20 2008, 09:24 AM] Yeah don't you have to take a 6 week course to learn how to order a
coffee there?
