clear CEL?

clear CEL?

I goofed on putting my vacuum hoses back on the stock airbox Monday, and I fixed them yesterday. How do I clear the cel?? I already pulled the "back up" fuse and it did nothing.. any suggestions?

disconnecting the battery normally does it if you dont have a scan tool .

Some autoparts store let you borrow theirs and you can clear it yourself .

hm, ty ty. taking it to carmax tonight, didn't want them to be like, hey this didn't have a CEL before what you do to it. lol

at least in MASS the auto parts places will no longer reset the CEL

as scott mentioned pull the battery or pull the fuse for 20 minutes (think it's the radio fuse)
