Default CT - Looking for Alignment Shop

Hi,

I did some searching and found some shops recommended in the Hartford area a year or so ago, didn't see anything in the in the Danbury / Waterbury area which I'm closer to. So, any current recommendations for performance alignment in or around Danbury/ Waterbury, or even Hartford?

You might try Auto Technic in New Milford at the Bridge. 860-350-8407.

From what's in the lot, they appear to specialize in BMWs and they appear to run at least one race car based on their big race trailer. They are also the only place in New Milford that Tire Rack considers an authorized installer. I assume they can do a performance allignment, but give them a call.

I haven't used them myself but I've been thinking of calling to see if they can dyno my '59 MGA

I have heard of these guys, mixed reviews. I think they do specialize in Euro makes but may be worth a call.

Thanks, that one is a little far, great for someone who lives in the Boston area.

I got my rear tires replaced at C&H (New Canaan) after a fellow S2KI (who was very picky) recommended them. They had Hunter balancing machine. Although not the cheapest, the service was excellent. They had no issues with me standing near by car whole time while. I am planning to return for the next tire/alignment related job.

I took my S to Strongs in East Hartford. Couple old guys that have been there forever. It was like $60 for all 4 corners and they'll do any setup you want.

I called Auto Technic and I'm planning to bring the car there for alignment when I get a chance. I'll update this thread once I get it done.

I thought about calling them, I've been there a couple of times with my other cars, and have been happy. Just didn't think they would be interested in working on the S2K. Thanks.
