Ive heard both the Comptech and the Spugen and they both sound great and similar. Not too loud and obnoxious. I heard the Spugen from a owner/friend in NJ but dont know of anyone around here with it. I know there is at least one of us here in CT that has the Comptech exhaust. I will be getting this exhaust in a few weeks as well. If you want something that has a slight runble to it, but semi-quiet at idle, but opens up at VTEC range, id get either of these. I decided to get the Comptech cuz i decided on the round tips.

I have the Spugen Dual Oval exhaust with Oval tips. You're welcome to hear it if you'd like. But if you got it you'd definitely wouldn't be disappointed.

Yo Jago. Congrats on your S and joining us here at S2ki.com. I got the Comptech setup. I hear the Comptech and Spugen are very similiar because they use the Magnaflow type mufflers. As stated above the Comptech is only a bit louder than stock :thankgod: but when you get on WOT it has a very good throaty rumble sound. Only drawback is at 3300-3500 rpms it can get a little boomy.

If you price conscience than get the spugen as it is half the price of comptech and just as good.
