looking forward to seeing the NE group representing.....
now how do i get to Fishkill (what a name huh) 84 S all the way?? how long does does it take to get there??
I should be arriving Saturay around noon or so.. I figiure Glenn and Jim will be at the auto-X.. Are you guys planning on carring your talkabouts?? (13-10)

I'm glad we aren't the only ones who will not be able to go Friday night. We will be going up around the same time as you. It looks to me as if 84 will take us very near the site but an exit number and detailed directions would be nice. BTW, a kill is a small brook or stream. It is a regionalism mostly local to NY and usually used in place names. For example cat's kills - Catskills. Learn something new everyday.

Directions to Courtyard By Marriott; Route 9; Fishkill, NY; 12524
Mass Pike (I-90) to I-84 WEST (Exit 9)
Drive on I-84 for 130.5 Miles
When you get into NY... Look for Exit 13N
This is Route 9 North.
At the bottom of the ramp...
If you are staying at the Courtyard By Marriott.
After the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp... move to the far left lane. At the next traffic light you will want to take a left. Courtyard By Marriott is across the street from the exit ramp.
If you are staying at the Residence Inn....
After the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp... stay in the far right lane. At the next traffic light take a right. Residence Inn is next to the exit ramp.
Now I just hope I remembered where the hotels are in relation to the exit ramp. I hope Dana can confirm this for me.
TOTAL DRIVING TIME: Hee hee... Mapquest said it would take me 3 hrs and 11 min from Natick to the hotel. Some how it only took me 2 and half hours! Not sure how that happened

Hey we'll be heading down saturday morning as well. I have to drop my wife and daughter off at the airport in Warwick first, at like 6am...... yuck..... so we'll be on our way around 7-8 in the morning. Anyone else leaving that early?
