Quite a seemingly random variation of car types. I would guess it has more to do with the type of person who buys those cars and their respective driving habits. Some of the cars are the soccer mom vehicles (hummer and outback), some are staples of young drivers (the scions), some are mainly purchased by those who like to drive fast or can afford tickets and don't care (mercedes) and some are probably driven by old people who can't see well anymore (solara).

I might argue that there are so few of the MB's that it is pretty easy for a very few people to skew the numbers.
I think they made a total of 500 AMG CLS63 and CLK63 are even fewer.

Besides cops aren't supposed to give MB owners tickets, didn't you get the memo?

Between Nancy and I, we've only been pulled over once in 5 years with the Matrix, and that was a verbal warning (rolling stop)

Speaking of Scions, I am going through a light on the way home from work
(it was green for me) and these 2 girls in a Scion TC decide to just take
a right directly in front of me without even looking. The rear bumper cover
was gone, the hood was buckled and dented and the driver's door was
dented...and it's not tough to figure out why! morons.

Back on topic...I think the age of the driver matters as well. I told my son
who's 16 and driving now that cops will bother kids for borderline offenses
much more than if I did the same thing and that's just the way it is so learn
to deal with it or you are going to be paying a lot in tickets.
