Hey guys just wondering if we are planning another pilgrimage to the dragon next year. I know we were all for it last time we spoke so im just asking when we need to start making plans for the trip in 2012. This start of the winter season has got me thinking of spring already. Last year was such a great time for Jenn and myself we can't wait to go again.

I was going to get in touch with Mike next month about this I know he has been working alot this summer so not a lot of time to start this up.

Great!!! I figured we should set a date as far ahead as possible so people can plan for the event. I remember last year we lost a few people right before the trip so it would be nice to get the group signed up and confirmed as far in advance as possible.

Seems like we all spent the summer working this year and really had little seat time in the cars, lets make up for lost time and start next year off on the right foot.

 

As do I. I like to book vacations early at work so they forget by the time they come around

If I had to guess it will be around the same time as last year Late April / Early May, seemed to work out best. Also I think we are planning for like 5 full days there instead so we can do some of the area roads etc.

Leave on like a Friday night/Sat early morning, there sometime Sunday, depart the following Saturday. I think it will boil down to when other car and motorcycle groups are planned to be there to reduce the overlap if possible... Those Mini's really mucked things up last year

 

I'm in. It was a great trip.

 

I was hoping to go to this, but the timing this year wont work for me. I'll be in Hawaii the second half of May so I'll need every penny I can scrap together.

 

This trip is still on our "bucket list" but we don't have enough vacation time to do all that we would like to do.

We've got a few things going on, and in mid May we will be in MD for a weekend at the Spring Fling.

 

I'm interested depending on when my condo sells. I haven't been yet and this may just be the year.

 

Work has consumed my life as of late, and the recent storm didn't help much. It appears there is enough interest so I'll get going on looking into a few things and let you know, most likely last week in April, and for a full week.
