Musser is being held on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwich Superior Court on Monday.

My wife and I were talking about this last night.
She was on her way to Africa.
as a parent, you would worry about many things, the flight, a foreign country but you expect them to get to the airport.

The thing is, folks who drink and drive often think they "are OK to drive." Kind of like thinking you're "OK to drive stoned."

Staying home eating Oreos is the wise move.

a stoned driver is much more likely to sit through 3 lights contemplating the change of colors than speed.
