Dunkin Donuts - Why is it so special
I'm not a coffee drinker. I get my AM caffeine fix with a diet Coke. I pass at least three DDs on my way to work. There are always lines to get in/out of the drive through.
What is up with that?
If DD coffee is so special, why not brew some at home and take your coffee "to go"? We all complain about the cost of gas, but how much is a gallon of take out DD coffee costing you?
So are you a DD addict?

Only reasen I ever used DD for coffee everyday was convenience The coffee is decent, but not amazing, and a little overpriced IMO
I now, use Cumberland farms. 99 cents, no lines, and I make it myself.

I'm going to guess it's a combination of laziness and laziness.
However I don't get the hype over Dunkins coffee. I find it a little too weak and bitter for my tastes. Then again these days I mostly drink Starbucks coffee.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I thoroughly enjoy the DD breakfast sandwiches. Bacon egg & cheese. I don't get them very often, but I'm always surprised how I seem like the odd one asking for a sandwich and no coffee. Almost should have separate lines for food & beverages.
I drink tea most days. Loose leaf earl grey. I have an electric kettle on my desk at work.

I don't understand either Lainey. The coffee is only so-so.The donuts have shrunk alot while rising in price over the years. The breakfast sandwiches are primarily frozen corporate products designed for ease of preparation and consistent size. Having been in the gourmet coffee, breakfast business for 20 years I highly recommend getting your donuts at your supermarket bakery if you have one ( far better value and quality). Also seek out your local independent deli, diner or cafe for REAL hands on breakfast sandwiches made fresh to order. You will also be supporting the small businessman in your community rather than the corporate franchise giant.
