I'll be there...any of you NE members going to make the drive???

So far you're the only owners I have met although I've been involved with the Allegheny and Ohio clubs a bit.

Anyway....hopefully I see someone in this part of the country!

Not us.

We'll be away that same weekend. I doubt we would have gone anyway. A drive to the Pittsburgh area is not our idea of fun, and the emphasis on track time is not what we look to do with the "S".

holla at my peeps
I have never been to an event this size before, can someone tell me what's involved in this, cost etc. I will be changing jobs in about two weeks and would really want to attend this event but will see. Can someone give some feedback from their experience from previous FC? Thanks guys.

Hey Tommi - i've been to two FC events

02 and 03 - the first one in Fishkill NY was just awesome - nice to meet people who you commincate with on line and the 6 hour group drive was a blast - IMHO the second one wasn't as much fun

I beleive this year the event will be run by someone other than Rick from Ricks2k. from what i've read this year will focas on a track event with no group drive

as for cost - figure two to three days in a hotel - 100 a night, food, gas and whatever they charging for the track - my first year the event cost me 65 for two people and i think 03 cost 110

I still think the core group will hold a New England Nor' Easter which would be based on FC02/03

never been there but costs look like this:

hotel per night is $79..i live close enough I'll be commuting
Friday 9-5 on an open track $150
Saturday HPDE, open autox course, and banquet is $165
Sunday is a cruise that I won't be attending..I think it's free

* I guess consider all the other little things there's more $ involved (brakes, tires, gas, food, souvenirs, might want to pick up a supercharger )

just fyi this is all I know..can't vouge for the amount of fun although I doubt it will be anything other than awesome!
