I'm thinking I'll have to get some of those, depending on how good Thomas' stereo equipment sounds in my car after it's installed.

are you going to put grills on? I'd had to see those stolen because they are so visible. That is an awesome job. I was seriously considering S pods, but I think I want a roll bar more, so I might lose the hoops.

Got 4 from Thomas. 2 replacement tweeters, and 2 for the doors.

the s pods fit inside the roll hoops - you don't lose anything but the opening

I'm getting a custom welded in bar most likely and there is no garauntee that the hoops are going to stay. I know there are designs out there that keep the hoops, but I am having this done from a safety perspective buy a shop who built the first spec miata....so if they say the hoops have to go, I'll take their word on it.

Be careful with those cages. I have heard alot of discussion on how the bars end up so close to the head that they are worse than having nothing in the event of a crash.

yeah I have to get fit for it. If it's not 2" above my helmet, then it's a no go. Its going to be tough trying to retain the soft top.
